Our Mission
At Balance Behavioral Health, we are passionate about improving the quality of life for those who have been impacted by mental health issues. Coping with mental illness can be difficult. Getting help shouldn't be. That is why we are committed to improving the way people access mental health services and achieve emotional wellness. At Balance, we are devoted to providing compassionate and empathetic care to our clients by taking extra time to understand our patients and the challenges they face. We value the principle that no one should be judged for challenges or life experiences. Each of our clients is cared for with kindness and empathy, each person unique, each relationship personal.
How We Can Help

1
Diagnostic Services
Treatment begins with an initial diagnostic evaluation to review your present concerns and a history of your physical and mental health. While diagnostic questioning is part of the process, we want to hear you describe your thoughts, experiences, and symptoms in your own words. Based on the discussion, the provider will select an appropriate diagnostic process to develop your personal plan of care. Each step is taken in collaboration with you, considering your symptoms and passed experiences.
2
Medication Management & Telemedicine
After you've completed your initial visit and we have developed your personal plan of care, you will have several follow-up visits to discuss your progress. These visits are an opportunity to understand how you are progressing. If necessary, we will discuss any medication adjustments to ensure that you are getting the optimal benefit from your medication treatment plan. Each appointment is a conversation about your treatment, a time to answer your questions and to help you understand more about your mental health .
3
Counseling and Psychotherapy
At Balance, we consider an inclusive approach of psychoactive medications, talk therapy, and lifestyle adjustments to attain mental wellness. We encourage clients to participate in psychotherapy, in addition to medication therapy. If you currently have a therapist, we can work with them. If you need a therapist, we can discuss options for psychotherapy at Balance Behavioral Health.
